From wood shavings to a block that holds a nail
Six controlled stages. Press temperature, pressure and dwell time are recorded on every cycle.
Wood shavings and chips are sourced and checked for particle size, moisture and contamination before intake.
Shavings are dried below 5% moisture in a controlled dryer — the step that decides whether the finished block swells or holds.
E1 glue, hardener and additives are dosed to the gram and blended through the shaving mass.
The mixture is pressed under high heat and pressure into a continuous strand — the stage that kills any living organism in the material.
The strand is cut to the ordered height. Every block passes a weight and dimension check against a ±0.5 mm tolerance.
Cooled blocks are stacked, wrapped in protective film and staged for loading.

Chipblock is a non-solid-wood material. No fumigation, no SIREX treatment, no ISPM-15 certificate — and no customs inspection risk waiting for you at the border.
Every mold-pressed block is identical to the last. Dimensionally stable at constant moisture, with no swelling, so your pallet machine runs without readjustment.
Moisture is held below 5%. The block does not crack, does not warp and does not host mould — service life runs far beyond solid timber.
The dense, homogeneous body locks a nail permanently. Compatible with straight and spiral nails, and it drops your pallet repair rate measurably.
E1-certified glue is accepted across every EU market including food export. CFC-free, no chemical wood preservative, safe for your line workers.
A block that leaves the mold smooth takes a barcode and a traceability stamp cleanly. No extra sanding or preparation on your line.
